Delivery Process
Hairfree orders are processed quickly and dispatched using reliable tracked delivery services. There may be a $6.50 shipping fee for orders under $50.00.Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local carriers, and seasonal shipping volumes.
Order Status
You can check your order status using the tracking number supplied by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch. If your parcel shows no movement for several days, contact Hairfree customer support. We replace and reship any missing or lost packages free of charge.
Easy Returns
If your Hairfree order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your order details and advise the next steps. We accept opened and partly used tubes for a full refund.
