 Worldwide shipping by Secure Registered Mail costs only US$7.75 per order

ORDER PROCESSING
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order.  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day because we need 48 hours to verify the shipping address and payment method. Therefore please allow up to two business days for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders to most countries take 7 – 10 days to arrive.  Shipping to  Brazil, Mexico, Romania, India, Pakistan, South Africa can take up to 14 – 30 days to arrive.  We are not responsible for delays caused by slow postal services.

CUSTOMS DELAYS
Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Orders to India can take up to 21 day due to Indian Customs delays. Orders might incur import duties and taxes but this is rare.  We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your package.

Please allow up to 7 days for the tracking information to show on the tracking website. Some postal authorities do not update their tracking information regularly.  When no tracking information is shown, this indicates your package is in transit to you and the postal authority have not yet updated their records.  This does not mean your package has not been sent or is lost!

You can also track your package by visiting the Track & Trace page of you local mail provider and inputting the Tracking Number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
When you input your address details on our shopping cart we use this information to produce your shipping label.  If you do not enter your address correctly your package may be lost or returned to us.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.  We try to verify every address for accuracy but cannot guarantee that an incorrect address will not slip through.

FAILED DELIVERY
All of our shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local mail provider and quote the tracking number.  We cannot be held accountable for loss of packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.   If a package is left at the delivery address without signature we are not responsible for loss or theft.
